Terms of Service

Thank you for showing interest in commissioning me! I’m excited to work with you 🩷 Here is what you can expect:

The payment will be upfront and via PayPal only. I will send you an invoice once the commission application is filled out and we have agreed on everything via DM.

There will be no refunds once I start working on the commission.

None of my art is allowed to be used for NFTs or to train AI. If you use my art for this, I will retain the right to blacklist you and will not work with you in the future.

I will retain the rights to display and promote the artwork, may it be in my portfolio or on my socials.

You can not claim ownership of, edit or profit from the artwork in any way, nor is a third party allowed to.

The artwork is for personal use only and there will be no commercial rights.

If posted to social media, you have to give credits to me.

If I am unable to finish the commission in any way or form, I will issue a refund.

Communication will be via DM (preferably Instagram or Tumblr).
